All prices are in either US or Canadian Dollars depending on whether you are on our US or Canadian website. We accept payment only in these currencies.
We accept four main methods of payment:
NOTE: due to the high risk of fraud with credit cards, the acceptance of payment by credit card is not guaranteed, even though you may have selected this payment method at the checkout and your card may have been pre-authorized. After your credit card order is placed, we may wish to run additional fraud/risk checks that disqualify your card as eligible. Under these circumstances, we will not process the transaction that has been pre-authorized and you will be invited to pay by an alternative method.
In every case, payment in full or the written commitment to purchase via valid purchase order (subject to approved credit for US and Canadian customers only) must be received before items are shipped.
All orders will take some time to process prior to shipping out. This time allows us to receive the order, review and confirm your order, process the payment, send instructions to our warehouse, pick and pack the order, handle any documentation and prepare the shipment for pick up by the courier/shipping company. All in-stock orders ship within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Items that are not-in-stock will take additional lead time prior to shipping. If you would like detailed turn around or lead times, please contact us.
If you wish to arrange for a split-shipment, please contact us directly. Additional shipping charges for multiple shipments will apply.
Shipping rates displayed on this site are estimates by the couriers based on expected weights, dimensions and value. Any significant discrepancies between these estimates and actual costs will be charged to the customer prior to shipping. You will have the opportunity to approve any additional shipping charges prior to shipping. If you do not accept them, your order will be cancelled and any money paid will be refunded.
Your items will ship from either our US or Canadian warehouse, at our discretion. You will not be responsible for additional duties or brokerage fees that might be charged after you receive your order confirmation.
The delivery time will depend on the time taken to prepare and ship the order, plus the transit time. Since we are not in control of the shipment after it is picked up from our warehouses, we cannot offer any warranties or guarantees on transit time. Any shipping guarantees or warranties offered by the courier companies themselves must be claimed and settled by you directly with them.
Prices noted on this website are F.O.B. our warehouse and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes and shipping costs. We do our best to offer you the best pricing. On occasion it's possible that pricing errors occur. We will do our best to honour our advertised prices and make the situation right, however, in certain cases where this is not possible we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product you receive from Optimum Energy Products Ltd., you may return the regular stock product within 30 days from the time of receipt, for a full refund or exchange of the product you purchased (less any shipping costs). Within this time, products may be returned; freight prepaid and must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Returns for items not shown as being in stock at the time of purchase may be subject to restocking fees based on the return goods policy of the manufacturer, as well as shipping or other fees.
Shipping errors, missing items or damages must be reported to Optimum Energy Products Ltd. immediately. (Damages should be accompanied by a signed bill of lading acknowledging the damage)
Items returned will be inspected for damage or misuse at which time they may be subject to restocking fees, other fees or refused, prior to the issuance of any credit.
All items ship with the Manufacturer's standard warranty and are subject to the Manufacturer's terms & conditions. Should the item fail within the Manufacturer's stated warranty time period, please contact us to make arrangements to have your item repaired or replaced.
Some product lines that we market within North America are not available for export outside the domestic market. Because this is a contractual obligation with these manufacturers, there are no exceptions. If you order items that cannot be shipped to your shipping address, you will be advised. In this case, you can either supply a new shipping address or we can cancel the order at your request.
