Model: PS320-SBC14-KIT | Order No: PS320-SBC14-KIT Series
Our Scout II 320 Kit includes Free Gear: Krylon khaki camouflage paint and Mechanix Multicam gloves.
The FLIR Scout II 320 represents the perfect blend between cost, range, and size. With a 640x480 pixel thermal detector, the Scout II 320 can highlight a man sized heat signature at 550 yards, with effective ranges to identify coyotes or hogs at 250 yards in total darkness. But it still weighs less than 12 ounces and can fit into your jacket pocket. You can switch the thermal display to white hot, black hot, or 3 levels of instAlert™, FLIR's patented red highlight system. Designed for one-handed operation, the FLIR Scout is an unbeatable solution for scanning an environment and highlighting areas of interest.
Our Skirmisher's kit is for a true outdoorsman looking to gain the thermal advantage in day or night environments. When you've got to keep it light, and keep it concealed, you'll be reaching for this equipment. We've included the Original Mechanix gloves in Multicam and a spray-can of Krylon Khaki camouflage paint in case any of your gear doesn't already match.
The Scout II 320 is our most popular thermal imager. With a 336x256 pixel microbolometer and <9hz refresh rate, it offers a substantial thermal capability for an entry level price point. It is compact, drop tested, water proof, and charges via USB. The Scout II 320 has a diopter adjustment to focus the image for different people's eyes and can be mounted to a tripod for added stability.
Everyone! We've sold the Scout II 320 to hunters, hikers, search and rescue, police forces, wild life management officers, sasquatch hunters, airsofters, tactical shooters, ghost investigators, and soldiers about to deploy overseas. This FLIR monocular hits the sweet spot of price and capability.
This unit can detect a man-sized thermal signature out at 550 yards. That translates into an effective range for most users that is closer to the 300 yard range. Thermal units require no ambient light, and can see through obscurants like dust or smoke. It is an unbeatable solution for scanning an environment and highlighting areas of interest.
The Scout II 320 is light enough to be mounted on a helmet with the right adapters, or attached in front of a daytime scope on a rifle as a clip on system. No lens extensions are available, but iPhone and camera adapters can be used to snap thermal pictures through the unit.
