Our Free Shipping Policy
We're happy to offer Free Ground Shipping (across the continental US and Canada) to our customers who have a total purchase that exceeds our Free Shipping threshold of $299.00. Free shipping is only available to customers shipping Ground. Orders shipping 2 Day or Overnight will not be eligible.

Please Note: Our shipping estimates are calculated based on the typical transit time from pick-up to drop-off for in stock products only. Customers whose orders contain not-in-stock or special order items will be contacted with the shipping estimates for their order.

International Shipping
Please Note: International shipments take longer to prepare due to the additional paperwork required. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed for any international shipments.
Customers shipping International will not be charged a fee for shipping at checkout. You will be contacted after purchase with shipping costs and transit time.
International customers may opt to send their shipments to a US address (like a freight forwarder) using US shipping rates and transit times.
Shipping Methods
Within United States - We ship using Ground, 2 Day (Air) and Overnight (Air) .
Within Canada - We usually ship via Purolator Ground or Purolator 2 day. You may request shipment by UPS.
Outside of North America - International shipments are sent using UPS Worldwide Expedited or UPS Worldwide Express Saver.
Please Note: we are unable to ship product from Fluke Corporation (including Fluke Industrial and Networks) and FLIR Systems internationally.
Please keep in mind that occasionally we may use alternative courier or delivery method to get the goods to you quickly and efficiently. In such a case, this will be indicated in your shipment notification email.
Tracking Numbers
You will receive an email the day your order ships with the tracking number for your shipment. For any products moving between Canada and the United
States, we will cover all import and broker fees. In the unlikely event that you incur charges on trans-border goods, Optimum Energy will cover those for you.
However, we do not cover any import, duties or taxes that may be levied on international shipments.
Delivery Times
All in-stock orders ship within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.
We can accommodate all manner of expedited shipping too for rush orders, including Saturday delivery if requested.
If your product is not in stock, we will let you know. We work hard to have accurate estimates of when shipments come in, so we can keep you up to date. If only a portion of your order is in stock, you may decide whether you want to split-ship or ship complete. Additional shipping charges may apply for split-shipments.
